Official Rules
WhoGetsTM offers sweepstake giveaways with a twist. The twist is you. You ultimately decide WhoGetsTM the prize.
Introduction: WhoGets.comTM, a subsidiary of Arcavate Corporation, is offering the Online Contest ("Contest"). No purchase is necessary and no written response is required. Any purchases will not affect your odds of winning. Entry is free and is not contingent upon the completion of any offers. Void where prohibited.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance to be bound by these Official Rules.
Timing: Each Contest will have a semi-final and a final period that will be displayed on the contest. Each Contest will begin when it appears on the website and the semi-final contest period and final contest period will end at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the respective dates listed on the individual contest.
Deadline for entry: All entries must be received on or before 11:59 P.M EST on the contest semi-final end date stated on each individual semi-final contest. Entries received after that time are ineligible.
Eligibility: Contest is open exclusively to members of WhoGets.comTM. Membership is free. Entrants must be 18 years or older and legal residents of the United States. Residents of Florida, New York and Rhode Island are not eligible to enter contests at this time. We will hopefully open up to those states in the future.
How to Enter: Enter online on at www.WhoGets.comTM. More than one entry per contest from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. No computer automated entries permitted.
An eligible person may only create one member profile. A member can enter each contest once. A member can vote in each contest once. There is a limit of two members per household. Only one entry per household per each contest is allowed. A person can enter multiple contests at once. No person may win a contest prize more than once in any three-month period. If a person wins multiple prizes simultaneously, they can choose the prize they wish to keep.
The creation of multiple accounts to influence voting is prohibited. We verify the ip addresses of every member.

Odds of winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Selection of winners: Seven semi-finalists for each contest will be selected by random drawing. A final prize winner will be selected by electronic votes cast by the members of WhoGets.comTM. The contestant with the most votes at the end of the contest final will be the winner. In the event of a tie, the contest will be extended for another 24 hours.
Prizes: The prizes available are listed in the Join Contest section of the site. This list is continually changing. The prizes may be shipped by WhoGets.comTM or the merchant directly. However, WhoGets.comTM is responsible for issuing the prize. The prize may be substituted for an equivalent product or value at the discretion of WhoGets.comTM.
Transferability and assignment: Prizes are not transferable or assignable and must be accepted as awarded.
Judging Criteria: Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. The Contest will take place under the supervision of WhoGets.comTM. Participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision of the judges, whose decisions are final.
Interpretation of Rules: WhoGets.comTM reserves the exclusive right to interpret these Official Rules. The decision of WhoGets.comTM with regard to both interpretation of rules, as well entrant compliance with rules, shall be final.
Notification of winners: Potential winners will be notified by e-mail. If a potential winner cannot be contacted and/or does not reply with appropriate affidavit and contact information within fourteen (14) days after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected from all entries received.
Verification of winners: Winners agree to be subject to verification procedures. Such verification may take place via PayPal, Google checkout account, and/or any other means that WhoGets.comTM deems necessary.
Modification of Official Rules: WhoGets.comTM retains the sole and exclusive right to modify or amend these Official Rules, at any time, with or without notice to WhoGetsTM members and contest entrants.
Terms and Conditions: In addition to the Official Rules, you, the entrant, fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the Contest. The Terms and Conditions, in addition to the above Official Rules, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and WhoGets.comTM with respect to their subject matter. Entrants are advised to carefully review the Terms and Conditions.
Comment Rules: The WhoGets.comTM site is PG rated. Please do not make vulgar, hateful or rude comments. Please do not spam. Advertising in your comments or on your member page is prohibited. Please keep the topic discussions directed mostly towards the voting, the product, the sponsor, or the site.

WhozNews is the website that lets you decide what's the best of the best on the web. By working together as a community, we can make sure WhozNews contains only the most interesting, informative, and well-written content available.
With that goal in mind, follow these guidelines when submitting news:
1. The term \"news" is a catch-all. WhozNews also welcomes submissions of original blog posts, how-to articles, tips, opinion pieces, etc.
2. When you submit a piece of news, link directly to the original source of the content.
3. Submit your piece of news to the proper category-use your judgment as to which category is the best fit.
4. URLs cannot contain affiliate codes or non-direct links.
5. No sales letters, press releases, or any other advertisements disguised as news.
6. Repeatedly submitting the same story from the same source is a form of spamming, and is not allowed.
7. Submitting every story or blog post from a particular site is also considered a form of spamming, and is not allowed.
8. It is acceptable to submit two stories on the same subject as long as they come from different sources and each provides a significant amount of information that the other doesn't.
9. Do not submit content that contains pornographic or obscene material; material that advocates hate, violence, or illegal activities; or instructions for making bombs or committing illegal or criminal acts.
- It is acceptable, however, to submit legitimate news stories reporting on crime, or editorials and blog posts discussing (but not promoting) crime.
10. WhozNews is not a place for advertising or excessive self-promotion. No sales letters, press releases, or any advertisements disguised as articles.
11. For the time being, WhozNews only accepts content written in English. We hope to include other languages in the future.
12. No articles promoting scams, get rich quick schemes, multi-level marketing schemes, or unethical business practices, such as selling term papers.
